The New York State Police at Ithaca announced on Monday the arrest of Robert P. Emery, age 54, of Newfield, N.Y. for one count Robbery in the 3rd Degree, a class “D” Felony, as well as one count Unlawful Imprisonment in the 2nd Degree, two counts Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, and two counts Endangering the Welfare of a Child, all class “A” misdemeanors, in connection with an investigation into a report of a physical altercation at a residence on May Lane, in Newfield, N.Y. which occurred earlier that morning.
Emery was arraigned in the Town of Newfield Court and Released on his Own Recognizance. He is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Newfield Court at 1 p.m. on Feb. 17, 2015.
