The Owego Gymnastics and Activity Center is pleased to announce the launch of its new total body fitness class called Wizard Warrior Workout. The class is a fusion of popular workout programs such as Cross Fit and Ninja Warrior, but with a twist.
The Center created the class to show the community that they have more to offer beside gymnastics. It is geared toward teens and adults who want to work out, but don’t have time to commit to exercising five days a week.
Wizard Warrior Workouts will be held on Tuesday nights from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Owego Gymnastics and Activity Center located at 748 State Route 38 in Owego, N.Y.; the cost is $10 per class.
