‘Up the Creek Ladies Consignment and Boutique’ opens in Owego

Former Coldwater Creek Managers found themselves “Up the Creek” without a job! This event encouraged them to realize their dreams of self-employment.

Their “Up the Creek Ladies Consignment Boutique”, located at 928 State Route 17C in Owego, N.Y. (right across from Tioga State Bank), opened on Feb. 8, and will offer gently used clothing, antiques, refurbished furniture and one of kind treasures at affordable, remarkable prices.

This is a wonderful opportunity to “refashion”, recycle and provide extra funds for your budget. They also feel its important to support the community by offering a strong charity component.

There are so many vital programs that make up the tapestry of our community. To support their continued success they invite consignors to bring items into the store. They designate which group they are supporting. For example: Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Little League, Softball, 4H, Rescue Groups, etc. This is an easy avenue to generate needed funds to support your organization.

They look forward to providing exceptional service and building relationships with the community. They are proud and grateful to be a small part of Owego’s amazing, unique and very special shopping destination.

Hours of operation are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.

The owners plan on hosting a grand opening on Feb. 19 at 10 a.m.
