In Owego at the Tioga County Veterans Memorial, Veterans Day 2014 services took place on Tuesday, Nov. 11, to honor all American veterans and Purple Heart recipients – both living and dead. Families were welcomed to accompany veterans, especially Purple Heart Recipients.
