The Candor Chamber of Commerce is hosting a ribbon-cutting event for Two Hoots Cafe on Wednesday, Nov. 12 at 11 a.m.
Two Hoots is located at 40 Delray, Candor, and is owned and operated by Cherie and Patrick Kidney.
Breakfast and lunch is their specialty. Everyone is invited.
