As of 10 a.m., with 31.7 percent of the results arriving in Tioga County, so far it is showing that Rob Astorino has a lead over incumbent Governor Andrew Cuomo by a margin of approximately 20 percent, although Cuomo has been projected the winner in the gubernatorial race in New York by the Associated Press.
For the 52nd District Senate race, Senator Libous is showing a lead over Anndrea Starzak with an over 30 percent lead in Tioga County.
