A giant, scary clown arrives for the Halloween Party held Nov. 1 at Tioga Downs in Nichols, N.Y. The clown won the first place prize of $700, and was wearing a costume that he worked on for six months.
On Nov. 1, Tioga Downs held a “Night of the Living Zombies” Halloween Party at their Nichols, N.Y. casino. Hundreds arrived in creative costumes, all vying for prize money awarded for the best costume.
According to Kyle Messersmith, promotions at Tioga Downs Casino, a “Giant Clown” that arrived in a costume that took him six months to build, won the first place prize of $700, followed by the “Baby on the Hospital bed” for a second place prize of $500. And the third place winner, awarded $300, was the “Holiday Barbie 1944”.
Guests were also able to enjoy the $15 million parking garage that officially opened on Oct. 31, 2014, just one day before the Halloween celebration.
