Calling all wine enthusiasts! Gather your favorite friends and come raise a glass of wine to benefit the Tioga Arts Council (TAC). TAC is pleased to announce Toast to Tioga, an exciting wine pull fundraiser scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 8 from 5 to 9 p.m. at the Tioga Arts Council.
Here’s how Toast to Tioga works: in exchange for a $20 donation, participants choose a numbered cork and receive the bottle of wine with the corresponding number. Will it be your favorite vintage or a high-end bottle to save for a special occasion? It’s a surprise, but one that we know you’ll enjoy! This event is open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
Interested in donating wine to this event? Check out the special event wine registry at The Wine Connection in Owego. As an added incentive, The Wine Connection is offering a 10 percent discount off your entire wine purchase when you purchase a bottle of wine to donate to the Tioga Arts Council. They’ll even deliver the wine so you don’t have to!
All funds raised help support TAC’s vision to inspire and support a vibrant, creative community in and around Tioga County.
The Tioga Arts Council is located at 179 Front St. in Owego and is open Monday through Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Friday, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
