Pittsfield man arrested for promoting and possessing sexual performance by a child

Pittsfield man arrested for promoting and possessing sexual performance by a child

On Oct. 16, 2014, the New York State Police Oneonta Bureau of Criminal Investigations in conjunction with the New York State Police Computer Crimes Unit arrested 20-year-old William H.J. Miller of Pittsfield, N.Y. for Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child and Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child.

According to State Police, William H.J. Miller was arraigned in front of the Town of Morris Court and remanded to the Otsego County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or bond. He is scheduled to reappear before the Town of Pittsfield Court on Nov. 3, 2014.
