Hand painted banners created by local students on display in Owego

Hand painted banners created by local students on display in Owego Beginning on Friday, Oct. 3, in conjunction with 1st Friday ArtWalk, Lake Street in Owego was lined with beautiful, hand painted banners created by local students. The banners were created at a workshop at the Tioga Arts Council facilitated by local artist Karen Kucharski, and will be on display until Oct. 9.

This project is presented by Tioga Arts Council (TAC), and is made possible with generous funding from the Floyd Hooker Foundation.

Tioga Arts Council is open Monday through Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
