The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce invites the community to a Ribbon Cutting at Hard Knox Boxing and Fitness, 59 1/2 East Avenue, Owego. This event will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 23 at 11:30 a.m.
Hard Knox Boxing and Fitness is a local gym set up to teach the fundamentals of boxing. Personal training is also available upon request. Regular hours of operation are noon to 8 p.m., Monday though Friday.
