The Tioga County Legislature is holding a special meeting to honor Ronald E. Dougherty on Wednesday, Sept. 17, at 6 p.m. in the Edward D. Hubbard Auditorium of the Tioga County Office Building at 56 Main St. in Owego.
The purpose of this meeting is to dedicate the County Office Building to him and rename the building the “Ronald E. Dougherty County Office Building”. The Legislature will also recognize Ron’s contributions to Tioga County Government and to the community throughout the years.
