On March 1, from 6 to 9 p.m., a fundraiser for Owego Free Academy’s (OFAs) Sports Booster Club will take place in the ballroom at the Owego Treadway Inn.
This fundraiser will support the Block O Awards, the OFA Senior Athletic Banquet, and two $500 senior sports scholarships as well as assisting with athletic department purchases throughout the year to benefit all of the student athletes.
A $50 event ticket includes a chance to win $1,000 and entry into the event. You may purchase a second ticket for $25.00; however, this ticket will not have a $1,000 grand prize chance.
Come out and sample some local fare from eateries, breweries, and wineries. There will also be a silent auction and music by “Next to Kin” featuring Ryan Cirbus and guest OA musicians during the event.
