Throughout the week, Owego and Tioga County welcomed a group of travel bloggers associated with TBEX, a conference held at the Corning Museum that welcomed over 600 travel bloggers from 40 different countries, to the area. In this photo, taken on Tuesday, County Historian Emma Sedore, on the left, accompanied the bloggers and talked to them about renovations that are currently underway at locations such as the Belva Lockwood Inn, located on Front Street in Owego.
