The Owego Elks Lodge #1039 is hosting a Mother’s Day Family Tea on Sunday, May 6, from 1 to 3 p.m. in the Ballroom. This is a family event and is open to the public.
To honor mothers of all ages, spring will be blooming in the Ballroom. They encourage fathers, sons, daughters, and grandchildren to join the celebration. Tea will be served as well as other family friendly beverages.
The lite fare buffet will include small bites (including cucumbers with a twist), soup, small sandwiches and tasty sweet treats. Your family will dine together, and if you choose, children can serve their “Moms”.
The admission is $10 for each individual and children under five are free. They strongly encourage reservations by May 4.
