Brandy L. Daniel, age 36 of Owego, N.Y.
On April 27, 2018, the Owego Police Department, in conjunction with the Tioga County District Attorney’s office, arrested Brandy L. Daniel, age 36 of Owego, N.Y., for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the fifth degree – methamphetamine, a class D Felony.
On April 24, 2018, Harmony A. Dawson, age 31 of Owego, N.Y., was also arrested for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the fifth degree – methamphetamine, a class D Felony.
Both Daniel and Dawson were arraigned in the Town of Owego Court and remanded to the Tioga County Jail.
For Daniel, bail was set at $15,000 cash or $30,000 bond; for Dawson, bail was set at $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.
