The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce is hosting a ribbon cutting celebration at the Black Cat Gallery’s new location on Wednesday, April 25 at noon. The Gallery moved a few doors east and is now located at 214 Front St. in Owego.
The Black Cat Gallery opened in 2010. They are an artist retail store, which supports the arts and craft of more than 40 artists with a wide range of arts and crafts, abstract and fine art, textiles, jewelry, pottery, mixed media, metal and woodwork and more.
The Black Cat Gallery believes in the small town spirit. They bring the talent of their artists together and they help strengthen the artistic community in Owego.
