Tioga County Rural Ministry assisted senior citizens in the Owego and Apalachin areas with indoor and outdoor yard work at a total of 50 residences on Saturday, April 14.
Ninety-six volunteers assisted including Binghamton University, Cornell and Ithaca College students, along with Owego Free Academy Rotary Interact students and the boys’ lacrosse teams.
