Low- to moderate-income individuals and families are invited to participate in a Mobile Food Pantry Distribution sponsored by Tioga County Rural Ministry, and in partnership with the Food Bank of the Southern Tier.
The distribution will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 21, from 10 to 11 a.m. at VFW Post 1371 located at 207 Main St. in Owego.
Participants are asked to bring their own bags or boxes.
