A good crowd turns out for Bike Night last Wednesday, and a performance by LoveBone, a band featuring Jeff Howell, who performed with Foghat, The Outlaws and Savoy Brown.
Pictured is Pearl Singing Skywolf with String of Pearls. They will perform at Bike Night this Wednesday. Southern Tier Harley Davidson, who serves as a sponsor for Bike Night, will also be on hand with a display.
Following a week of high winds and cooler weather, the motorcycles came out last Wednesday to enjoy food, friends, and a performance by LoveBone, a regional band featuring Jeff Howell from Foghat, The Outlaws and Savoy Brown.
This Wednesday will feature a performance by String of Pearls. The performance will take place at the Parkview from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Pearl Singing Skywolf started String of Pearls in 2002 and continues to express the music she intended – anything related to the blues! She loves the blues edgy side, R & B, as well as solid torching soul tunes. Members include Pearl Singing Skywolf (vocals, keys, guitar, harp), Eric Porter (guitar, vocals), Jimmy Kolett (bass, vocals), and Ed Michaels (percussion, vocals).
The event is free to the community thanks to support from Allstate Insurance, Southern Tier Harley Davidson, The Haircolor Café and The Owego Pennysaver.
