Catholic Charities Tioga Outreach Center will be starting a new program to provide one to one assistance to help people become more self- sufficient. The Life Coach volunteer will work with people to assess their problems and barriers, identify community resources, facilitate contact with resources, and conduct limited advocacy as needed.
