Arnold C. Grab.
On Dec. 16, 2015, New York State Police at Endwell arrested Arnold C. Grab, 55, of Vestal, N.Y. for the class E felonies of insurance fraud 3rd, offering a false instrument for filing 1st and workers compensation insurance fraud under the NYS workers compensation law.
This arrest occurred after an investigation from the Division of Confidential Investigations for the New York State Insurance Fund. That investigation determined that Arnold C. Grab had filed and submitted false claims with the NYSIF and WCB concerning an alleged injury sustained while working as a parole officer in Binghamton, N.Y. on June 9, 2015.
Arnold C. Grab was issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Vestal court on Jan. 5, 2016.
