The Tioga County Corrections Association, along with Tioga Opportunities, are having their 10th annual community Christmas party on Friday, Dec. 12, from 4 to 7 p.m. at 9 Sheldon Guile Blvd., Owego, N.Y.
All are welcome to join them for dinner, music, face painting and book giveaway. Santa will be there to hand out gifts to children ages 12 and under.
