On Nov. 25, Tioga Downs Casino in Nichols, N.Y. offered a sneak preview of the Light Show to be offered during WinterFest, which officially begins Nov. 28 at 6 p.m., and will run on the weekends through Jan. 3.
This free event will offer the sound and light shows, and horse or tractor drawn wagon rides, and much more.
