The Candor Emergency Squad will hold their annual Mother’s Day Chicken BBQ on Sunday, May 9, with pick up between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., drive-thru style. Every year this BBQ sells out before they even start serving, and they hope that happens again this year. With that being said, it is highly recommended you reserve your dinner early.
You can call or email the office at 659-5529 or email to office@candorems.org, or see one of the squad members. Dinners are $10.00 each and include 1/2 chicken, macaroni salad, baked beans, and a roll and cookie.
To pick up your order, enter at the school entrance (follow signs) and exit on Academy Street.
