Village releases Owego’s Police Reform plan

The Village of Owego’s draft plan for Police Reform, in compliance for Executive Order 203, is available at Paper copies are also available at the Clerk’s office, located at 178 Main St. in Owego. 

Written comments closed on March 13. A public hearing, however, will be held on March 15 at the Village of Owego’s regularly scheduled meeting held at 7 p.m. via “Go To Meeting.”
