The Village of Owego’s draft plan for Police Reform, in compliance for Executive Order 203, is available at www.villageofowego.com/home/news/police-reform-draft-plan. Paper copies are also available at the Clerk’s office, located at 178 Main St. in Owego.
Written comments closed on March 13. A public hearing, however, will be held on March 15 at the Village of Owego’s regularly scheduled meeting held at 7 p.m. via “Go To Meeting.”
