How did you get a new registration online? I just bought a car and am tired of waiting for my appt!! They should open just like everybody else, the dmv is a absolute must!!!
Elmira and Corning are way too busy. Was told your office would be my best shot. Change of state lic. and change of address with cross the border to Canada ID. Have no idea how much? Thursday anytime after 130am.
