On Nov. 30, at 6 p.m., Chenango County 911 Dispatch contacted Forest Ranger Mike Burkholder requesting assistance with the search for a missing 83-year-old man. Forest Ranger Burkholder responded to the man’s residence and met with his family who said he went to get the mail and never returned.
