The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce cuts a ribbon to welcome The Party Brush – Paint & Sip Studio to Front Street in Owego.
On Oct. 20, the Tioga County Chamber of Commerce welcomed The Party Brush – Paint & Sip Studio, located at 186 Front St. in Owego, with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
The Party Brush is a locally owned and operated Paint & Sip Studio, featuring a variety of hands-on painting classes and events. The studio offers the space to host your own private painting party, as well as weekly classes open to all.
