Beverly Dann of Athens Township was the winner at the Valley Bridge Club’s Tuesday afternoon bridge game held on Aug. 15 in Athens Township. Tied for second place were Marie Preston of Sayre, and Martha Lasley and Joan Gustin of Towanda.
A bridge game to benefit the Bradford-Wyoming County Literacy Program will be held on Saturday, Sept. 23 from 1 to 5 p.m. in the Patterson Nurses’ Residence Auditorium on the Guthrie Campus in Sayre.
