On Friday, May 20, Denise LeBarron, age 48 of Owego, N.Y., pled guilty to Grand Larceny in the Third Degree, a Class D Felony. The case was investigated by the Owego Police Department.
The offenses occurred between September of 2009 and December of 2015. The defendant admitted stealing $82,137.00 from her employer, Homer C. Gow & Sons, Inc. during that period of time.
Sentencing is scheduled for July 29 in Tioga County Court.
