The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce invites the community to a ribbon cutting for the Blue Collar Cafe, located at 711 Route 17C in Owego, on Tuesday, May 10 at 11 a.m.
The Blue Collar Café is under new management and serves homemade breakfast, lunch, and a Friday (fish) dinner. You will receive personalized and friendly service to go with your meal.
They are open seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., and on Friday until 7 p.m. for the dinner.
