Waverly man arrested after string of burglaries

On April 20, 2016 the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joseph G. Sindoni, Jr., age 30 of 184 Center St., Apt #2, Waverly, N.Y. for four counts of Burglary in the 2nd Degree, three counts of Grand Larceny in the 4th degree and one count of Grand Larceny in the 3rd degree.

The arrest came after investigations into several residential daytime burglaries in the Towns of Barton, Tioga and Owego that occurred between the dates of March 14 and March 23 of this year.

For the Town of Barton burglary, Sindoni was arraigned in front of Justice Joseph Fravel and remanded to the Tioga County Jail on $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond. For the Town of Tioga and Town of Owego burglaries, Sindoni was arraigned in front of Justice Paul Martin in the Town of Tioga Court and remanded to Jail on $50,000 cash or $100,000 bond.

Sindoni has several future court dates in the Courts of the Towns of Barton, Tioga and Owego.
