Riverside Cemetery-Apalachin worker bees needed

Riverside Cemetery Association-Apalachin asks lot owners and descendants to help with spring-cleaning at two upcoming worker bees, which are planned for Saturday, April 23 and Saturday, May 21, starting at 8 a.m.

To kick-start the season, the non-profit cemetery organization is asking volunteers for extra help. All help is appreciated, and individuals are asked to bring rakes and/or shovels to the worker bee.

Regular groundskeeping will be performed as usual, however any other volunteer help throughout the season is also welcomed.

Riverside Cemetery Association is also in need of various work tools. If you would like to make a donation or are interested in volunteering at another time, contact Roger Barton at (607) 625-3056 or Alan Short at (607) 321-8302.
