On Thursday, April 14 from 4 to 7 p.m., the Family Enrichment Network, located at 1277 Taylor Rd. in Owego, will offer an opportunity for families who are interested in either the Early Head Start or Head Start programs to complete their child’s pre-enrollment screening and health interview during this event.
Families participating are required to provide proof of income for the previous 12 months or calendar year (pay stub, W-2 or 1040); are encouraged to provide proof of birth (birth certificate); completed application or complete one at this event; and medical information such as WIC or insurance cards, immunization records and any other pertinent information concerning their child.
