Floyd Hooker was a Tioga County resident who won the New York State Lottery and established a foundation to benefit the children in the county. The foundation grant cycle opens April 1, 2016 and closes May 15, 2016.
Grants are limited to qualified tax exempt organizations that benefit the children of Tioga County, N.Y. Grants fund operational (limited funding), equipment, capital and special project needs.
