The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce will host a Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting in Apalachin for Best Bagels in Town on Thursday, March 24 at 10 a.m. In 2010 they opened their doors in Vestal, but they have relocated to 8836 Route 434 in Apalachin (right between UHS and Jeff Kies Auto).
They are a locally owned, family-run bagel shop that proudly serves 15 flavors of bagels made from scratch, flavored cream cheese made on site, breakfast pizza, bread bowls as well as a huge menu of breakfast and lunch items. Customers are welcome to dine in or take out. They specialize in preparing special order trays for events of any size and will even host meetings and parties after regular business hours.
The owners and staff at Best Bagels in Town are committed to the community where they do business and their goal is to give back to the community that supports them. They are open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and on Saturday and Sunday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
