The Owego Police Department reported on Thursday the arrest of Joseph M. Allen, age 21 of Candor, N.Y. for Aiding and Abetting by Others. According to the police, Joseph Allen was arrested on March 9, 2016 for having committed the offense of Criminal Injection of a Narcotic Drug, a Class E Felony.
Joseph M. Allen was arraigned before Justice Craig in the Village of Owego Court and remanded to the custody of the Tioga County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 property bond.
The investigation is ongoing and further charges are anticipated.
