The Apalachin Lions Club’s 61st Easter Egg Hunt will take place on Saturday, March 19, at 1 p.m. behind BOCES West School on Pennsylvania Avenue. The Easter Bunny will be on hand.
This year there will be a free Digital Vision Screening for youth, free Kid’s ID’s given by the Tioga County Sheriff’s Department, and free children’s books from the O/A Family Reading Partnership. These activities will take place indoors beginning at 12:30 p.m.
Also, guests are asked to bring a non-perishable food item for a local pantry. The rain date is March 26.
