Dr. Kristin Poppo, provost and vice president for academic affairs at Alfred State, has announced the Dean’s List of students for the fall 2015 semester.
Students from both the Alfred campus and the School of Applied Technology campus in Wellsville are selected for the Dean’s List if they maintain a 3.50 grade-point average (GPA) out of a possible 4.0.

From Barton, N.Y., Rachael Schweiger, who is studying Veterinary Technology, was named to the list.
From Candor, N.Y., Christopher Cornwell, who is studying Heavy Equipment Operations, was named to the list.
From Endicott, N.Y., Andrew Pionteck, who is studying to be a Construction Management Engineering Technician, was named to the list.
From Newark Valley, N.Y., Nia Seward, who is studying Digital Media and Animation and Carlton Snapp, who is studying Air Conditioning and Heating, were named to the list.
From Owego, N.Y., Alexis Hiliker, who is studying Nursing and Abby Kohler, who is studying Court and Realtime Reporting, were named to the list.
From Spencer, N.Y., Charlotte Rosvold, who is studying Liberal Arts and Sci-Adolescent Education, was named to the list.
From Waverly, N.Y., Sabrina Acla, who is studying Digital Media and Animation, Danielle Burkhart, who is studying Nursing, Kyle Kuzma, who is studying Business Management, and Kylie Newman, who is studying Nursing were named to the list.
