Bob and Teri Testa of Owego announce the engagement of their daughter, Christie to Andrew Lingan.
The future bridegroom is the son of John and Susan Lingan of Silver Spring, Md. He attended Virginia Tech and is employed at Premier Ponds.
The bride attended Virginia Tech and is employed at Kaiser Permanente.
The wedding is planned for Oct. 23, 2016.
