The Rebuild Owego Party recently announced their candidates for the election in March 2016. Running on the ballot are Theresa Gosart, Richard VanHall, Kevin Millar (incumbent), Rodney Marchewka (incumbent) and Patrick Cartwright Jr.
VanHall, Gosart, and Cartwright are running for 1st, 2nd and 3rd ward Trustee positions, respectively. Kevin Millar is running for re-election as Mayor and Rod Marchewka is running for re-election as Clerk/Treasurer.
The Rebuild Owego party is working to keep Village services, like the Police and Fire Departments, and is encouraging business development. According to the candidates, their party has stayed under the tax cap for the fourth year in a row.
