On Jan. 12, 2016, New York State Police at Deposit arrested Nathan W. Sellers, 22, of Deposit, N.Y. for the class E felony of rape 3rd.
This arrest occurred after an investigation that determined that he had sexual contact with a victim less than 17 years old.
Nathan W. Sellers was arraigned in the Village of Deposit court and was remanded to the Broome County jail with no bail set. The investigation is ongoing.
