Tioga Arts Council launches Arts Incubator 

The Tioga Arts Council’s (TAC) Arts Incubator gives artists the space to create, learn and connect. Made possible with a grant from the Community Fund of the Community Foundation for South Central New York, this innovative project represents TAC’s commitment to pioneering new kinds of opportunities to help creative’s succeed.

TAC’s Arts Incubator is a studio rental program for emerging visual artists, performing artists, and writers in Tioga County, N.Y. Each of the 100 to 200-square foot, semi-private studio spaces shares a common space, kitchenette and bathroom facility with other creative’s, providing opportunities for collaboration, socialization, learning and skill sharing above a public gallery space.

All studios include 24-hour private access, a common work sink and rest rooms, a common area for the display of artwork, free WiFi, and access to a Technology Lab as available.

Studio 2 (Available immediately) – This space overlooks the Susquehanna River. It measures 7.5 feet by 11 feet plus a 9 feet by 4 feet closet and has two windows, high ceilings and a storage closet. All-inclusive monthly rent for this space is $150.00.

Studio 3 (Available immediately)  – This 11 feet by 16 feet space has one window and a storage closet. All Inclusive monthly rent for this space is $250.00.
