Zion students raise over $700 for A New Hope Center

Zion Lutheran School students from preschool through sixth grade worked hard to raise funds for an important community organization that helps those in need.  Zion students raised $744.50 to help A New Hope Center, located on Church Street in Owego.

This center works to help provide a place of safety for those who have experienced violence. They provide services through intervention, education, and even counseling. Visit anewhopecenter.org for more information.

Zion students wanted to reach out to an organization that helps people in our community, and enjoyed raising the funds through chapel collections and events like a Bowl-a-thon.

Zion Lutheran School, located at 3917 Waverly Rd. in Owego, would like to thank the friends and families who took part in raising these funds for A New Hope Center. Their generous support is a blessing to the students, school, and our community.

Visit the school website at www.zionowego.org or call 687-6376 for more information about the school.
