The Tioga United Way has partnered with the Owego Rotary Club to assist Owego Gymnastics and Activity Center with an unforeseen repair to their furnace. The Tioga United Way and Owego Rotary both contributed $300.
“As a non-profit, unplanned repair expenses adversely impact the programs we provide to area youth. Tioga County is fortunate to have organizations like this supporting our community,” stated Jana Bowen, executive director of Owego Gymnastics and Activity Center.
This week, Dec. 12 through Dec. 17, it’s Winter Wonderland Buddy Week at the Center. Members can bring a friend to their class to join in the fun and to learn all about programs like the Wizard Warrior Class.
