In conjunction with Owego’s “Lights on the River Festival” on Friday evening, Dec. 4, the Artistic Visions Studio will feature a public gallery art show and sale from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Located at the Artisan Townhouse on 42 Lake St. in Owego, the show will highlight the talents from local artists Donna Cheresnowski, Elsie Fendick, Constance Fischer, Suzanne M. Lachman, Robert Merwin, Robin Robertson and Joyce Stewart.
