On Nov. 5, 2015, New York State Police at Binghamton arrested Robert E. Crowley, 57, of Windsor, N.Y. for two counts of the class D Felony of Grand Larceny 3rd.
This arrest was a result of an investigation that began on Oct. 19, 2015, when it was reported that money was missing from the bank accounts of the Windsor Youth Sports Programs.
According to the New York State Police, an investigation determined that over $18,000 was stolen by Robert E. Crowley, who is the current director of the program.
Robert E. Crowley was arraigned in the Town of Windsor court and was released without bail required. The investigation is ongoing.
