During Sight Night-Week 2015, which ran from Oct. 26 through Oct. 31, youth collected hundreds of used eyeglasses that will be donated for distribution to needy people in developing countries.
The Lions would like to thank the Apalachin Elementary School, the Apalachin Library, and the Vestal Eye Care for all their support.
The Apalachin Lions Club will forward the glasses to Lions District 20E-2.
