Matt Romano represents the third generation of barbers in the Romano family. Matt recently joined his father’s newly renovated business, “Andy’s Barber Shop” located at 26 Lake Street, Owego. Here both Andy and Matt share the work of cutting customer Ed Nizalowski’s hair.
